Volunteer to join 36 people from across Canada in Toronto — travel and accommodation paid — for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in a national democracy project. This special project is run by the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto and Social Development Canada. No special requirements or experience needed. As a member of the Assembly you will:
- Meet and work with people from all over Canada with different jobs and backgrounds
- Learn about ways to make workplaces fairer for everyone
- Understand how different workplace rules and arrangements affect workers and managers
- Provide guidance to governments and researchers to help workers have more say in their jobs for the benefit of themselves and their employers.
Can't commit to the Assembly but want to contribute?
Please take the CIRHR's online questionnaire to provide your perspective on Worker Voice.
